The Embassy Recovery Group aims to help those people struggling with hurts, habits and hang ups by showing them the loving power of Jesus Christ through a recovery process. The group does not promise to solve your life’s problems. But we can show you how we are learning to live without using a substance one day at a time with the help of our Higher Power, Jesus Christ.

The purpose of this Recovery Group is to:

• Celebrate God’s healing power in our lives through the Christ centered 12 steps and the bible. This experience allows us to be changed.
• Open the door by sharing our experiences, strengths, and hopes with one another.
• Grow spiritually.
• Become free from our addictive, compulsive, and dysfunctional behaviors.
• Bring freedom, peace, serenity, joy, and most importantly, a stronger personal relationship with God and others.
• Progress through the steps & discover our personal, loving, and forgiving Higher Power – Jesus Christ.

We meet every Thursday night at the Belmore Youth Resource Centre, Building 3, Redman Parade, Belmore, between 7:00pm – 8:30 pm.
